We are currently deploying official security patches across our web server environment following the recent PHP security advisory.
Systems are being updated and tested in line with NCSC guidance to ensure safe restoration. We expect full access to our main website and services to be restored by midnight tonight.
Affected customers of our B2C applications will receive email notifications once services are fully restored, or if there are any updates regarding application status.

We have successfully identified that authentication services via Entra ID were causing issues with MyEd, and therefore have issued a patch. Services will resume shortly.

Our website is currently offline. As a precautionary measure following a recently identified security incident affecting PHP, our web services have been temporarily paused while required security updates are deployed across our environment.
We are acting in line with official guidance from the UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and will restore full access as soon as all patches are applied.
